Beth Modica Case: Is probation a good deterrent for sexual predators?
Former prosecutor and wife of police chief, Modica took fancy in her son's classmates and had sex with two of them during one weekend. When she was busted for this details emerged of she was involved in drug/alcohol fueled activities with 5 other teenage boys (15-16 years of age).
She was only sentenced to 2 years in jail and 10 probation.
In your opinion, does a lengthy probation sentence deter predators?
