Bleeding: Very Worried.

Hello I wonder if any of you can help me. I had a silent miscarriage in February, we found out at our 12 week scan that baby had stopped growing at about 5 weeks. I had a D&C op which went fine. It then took about 5 weeks to get my period which was a bit heavier than usual and after that my next period was on time and normal. My last period finished about 3 weeks ago and I ovulated after and we were trying around the right time. On Thursday 3 weeks after.my last period started and 1 week after ovulation I began to bleed and I'm still bleeding quite heavily which is not normal and I don't think this is implantation bleeding. Anyone that can help??
