Working out !!😈

If you worked out for like 2 or 3 months & then stopped for like 4 weeks, does the little progress you made go away?? Or do you still face it? I've been doing squats, lunges etc for 3 months so far. I was so in to it, but then I had to stop because I had to travel with the fam. 😩 but what do you guys think ??
