4 weeks and hip pain

Claire • Sun, May 01 • 31 years old ttc with my partner of 9 months after being friends for 15 years. Spent 3 years on the implant with no cycles. First cycle arrived 28 days after removal and hoping to fall pregnant soon x

I found out yesterday I was pregnant which makes me 4 weeks today. I have had a dull ache in my right hip for 24 hrs now and worrying something Is wrong as I have miscarried before is it normal or not please someone advise or share their experiences.
