I googled it : from Latin name "Antonius" which means Priceless and Greek "Anthos" which means Flower.
Anthony is also an English version of French Antoine :-)

I'm not sure lol. I know more white guys in my area than mexican/spanish that are named anthony. But my baby is half mexican and his name is going to be anthony. In spanish his family says Antony. Antonio is more hispanic.
