Nope, unless you are bleeding more than a liner full and are having cramps, it's usually fine. Especially if you have had sex recently

I've had blood clots the size of quarters come out once at 21 weeks then at 26 and then 27 and me and the baby are perfectly fine I have placenta previa and for what I know a little bit of blood is normal the first time I called and went to the er they let me go the same day as long as you dont have pain or your not gushing out blood you should be fine im at the hospital now tho until I deliver but with that little bit amount you should be fine specially if theres no pain😊
