Weight gain

Ok, my scale has been broken from weeks 14-now. I'm 31 weeks today and my husband decided he's going to start eating well and trying to lose weight..fine no big deal. We eat pretty healthy and I exercise at least two or three times a week either Crossfit or walking(more walking now that I'm into my 3rd trimester). But i made the mistake of stepping on the scale myself *face palm*. I'm up 26.5 lbs (from prepregnancy) and I still have 7-9 weeks to go! I'm afraid that I'm too big already?! Am I on track to gain more than recommended? Then I saw a post about 25-35 lbs weight gain being too much anyway for a full term pregnancy? What gives!?
