Hypnobirthing?

Any other July mamas considering hypnobirthing?  We had our first class tonight and I'm feeling super optimistic about trying to do this naturally!

I am and this is my first baby! I read the HypnoBirthing book and my husband will read it soon. We are going to go to some classes soon. I'm excited (which some people find strange) to give birth. I'm positive it will be an amazing experience.

Yes! Due in July and taking Hypnobabies class next month with hubby :) very excited!

Do it! I had a very long labour with my first born and hypnobirthing helped me stay focused and in control of my contractions. I highly recommend it.

Yes, we took hypnobirthing classes back in February. They definitely made me feel excited and confident about the birth process :)
