Thumping like a heartbeat ?

I don't know what this means or if I should be worried cause I felt thumping like a hard heartbeat or hiccups ? I'm not sure what this can mean? Please give me your thoughts & opinions I need advice, thank you.

Whenever I feel something like that, it's always her little hiccups. She gets them all the time too

YES you can feel their Heat beat sometimes. Also if in later stages it could be hick ups which happen often!

That's usually hiccups. They hiccup faster than if us as adults were to hiccup. I found that out after researching why she was hiccuping so fast lol. It's like a heart beat.
