Cramping after sex?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant. Hubby and I just had rough sex and I'm cramping pretty bad at this point.. Is this normal? I've been laying here for about 20 mins to see if it will pass, but I'm still pretty uncomfortable.

I've been getting them since week 20 docs says they are normal if they are only after sex and don't last more than 2 hours.

I went into emergency after having sex and I was cramping so bad and I thought something was wrong. But it's very normal and common. I was 33w

Definitely super normal. Usually when you orgasm it causes contractions, so I would drink some water, lay on your left side, and wait an hour or two. If it doesn't go away that's when I would get checked out
