Should I go to the Hospital ?

I am 35 weeks pregnant...My ankles are severely swollen and bruised. I been up all night with diarrhea and vomiting and stomach pain idk if it's contractions or gas pains. I am home alone with two sleeping kids. Their dad recently died. Should I go to the hospital first thing in the morning.? Anyone have this experience or is it a sign of labor?

Give the hospital a call. They will probably have you go in. Better safe than sorry.
