Ladies who have had a miscarriage, what does it feel like before it happens?

There is no set guidelines to how a miscarriage feels.....every person is different.  Some experience pain, cramping and bleeding.  Some have absolutely no symptoms, called a missed miscarriage,  when your body doesnt realize the baby has passed away. If your worried about miscarriage, please speak with your doctor,  just because so and so felt this way, does not mean you would feel the same. Best luck!

I spotted first, then it got heavier and heavier after a couple of hours. Then I had cramping that got worse and worse, until my whole pelvis was a ball of hot pain (the only way I can describe it). By that point, I was at the ER. I had a total miscarriage (I saw the whole sac in the toilet), so I did not require a D&C. I continued to spot for about a week afterwards. My HCG hormone levels took a few more weeks after that to zero-out.

I had a missed miscarriage which meant I didn't know. There was no blood or signs that it had happened. I don't find out until I had my first ultrasound. It's different for everyone. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a missed miscarriage until it happened

I was very nauseated and had cramping. I even almost passed out and started having major spotting so I went to er and they told me whatd happened. Good luck to you, hopefully you don't have to go through the same!

I had really bad cramps then came the blood x

I just started bleeding and later that evening it "passed". Never cramped that I can remember, just had some clotting. I had one back in 01.
