Questions about testing/ what test to get

Yesterday I took a blue dye test and posted it on here and people all said they could see a faint line and told me to get red dye. I bought a red dye test and took it this morning as soon as I woke up and saw another faint line. Is there a test I can take that will give me a definite answer and it not be false? I'm going to wait 2 days and take the other red dye test. Asking cause I read if you add exercise that you don't normally do, it can lead to miscarriage and I wanted to start running this week again.
