We are going to Jamaica in Oct for our honeymoon and I was very nervous about it. But after doing some research I realize that it's not nearly as big of a risk as it used to be, especially in the states. I didn’t travel outside of the United States while pregnant but my fiancé and his parents had a ton of bbq’s while I was pregnant, and mosquitoes ate me alive several times. My son was born a perfect normal size head

Not if you live in the US no. That’s really only a concern if you’re traveling which isn’t recommended for pregnant women right now because of the virus

Sharing the info because I hadn't heard Zika mentioned in the news and when I saw the poll was immediately worried. This info put my mind at ease!  
According to the CDC between 1/1/17 - 7/12/17 there are 163 reported symptomatic Zika cases. 
- 162 from returning travelers
-0 from local mosquitos
-1 transmitted sexually
