I'm 20 weeks pregnant with twins so I have a bit of a bump, but I woke up this morning lying on my stomach. It was pretty uncomfortable and I guess that's why I woke up, I'm usually really good about sleeping on my side since I've been pregnant but I'm really scared I hurt my babies because I have no idea how long I was sleeping like that. (Im naturally a stomach sleeper) any thoughts?
