Leaking breasts (possible TMI)

Sorry if this is TMI. But last night, I was chatting with my husband and giving him a body massage. It felt really intimate and we were just enjoying each other's company. He wasn't touching me at all, but out of no where my breasts started to leak a lot. Enough to where it dropped onto my thighs and tummy (sitting cross legged) I hadn't put any pressure on them or otherwise stimulated them.

Doctor. My question is, is it possible that the emotional intimacy caused enough mental stimulation to cause breast leakage? I don't want to bother my midwife with a silly question if unnecessary and I figured you ladies might know more than me!
