22 weeks right stomach pain 😣

I'm 22 weeks today, for the past couple of weeks I've been getting a sharp pain on my right side. I can't really explain the feeling. It's like a stabbing and twisting pain. Only in the right side. It doesn't feel like growing pains or crampy. When I go pee and am pushing the pain gets worse, and when standing up. Any idea what this could be??
