Low sperm count

So today my boyfriend finally got his results back on his sperm sample. It was not great, they said he is on the very low end of normal. It could be worse, there is still a chance though. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If anyone has and has conceived how long did it take you? We have been ttc for about 4 months now, which is not long so I'm not stressing yet, just trying to stay positive and hope for the best. Would like some positivity in this if there is some.
