Ttc 5 years, in shock.

So my husband and I have have been ttc for 5 years. Mother's day 2011 we got our wish. And 3 days later I suffered an ectopic pregnancy. After that is took only 6 months to conceive again but ended in a mc after 8 weeks. Since then we have been ttc. And with no hopes in site, we got our positive test. I'm scared to be excited. But wanna explode on the inside with joy. Anyone have any advice in how to keep stress down and keep myself from becoming a nervous wreck the next few weeks while we await our Dr appt?
