How do you check your cervix?

Hi so I'm new to this whole cervix thing and I'm actually super confused. Please no rude comments just help a girl out lol I am now 20dpo and 9 days late according to a few of my apps. Still getting negatives. My doctor won't let me get w blood test for another two weeks! I just want to know what your cervix is suppose to feel like if you are in your early stages of pregnancy and also honestly just how do you feel it? I've never really been in tune with my body that way so if I can get some help that would be awesome! Please and thank you 💖
