I've lost 18 pounds and I'm NOT trying to loose weight😐
I'm prediabetic and I'm also body conscious about my size. I'm 5'4" and I used to weigh 125 lbs. Now I'm like 107 and my clothes aren't fitting like they used to and I don't feel sexy. 🙍🏾I want curves. What can I eat that will help me gain weight but not put my blood sugar at jeopardy?
