Anyone worried??

Sometimes I get scared when I read the comments about how people saw their babies heartbeat at 6 weeks then went back at 14 weeks and there wasn't one anymore 😳😩 I haven't seen the baby since I went to the emergency room when I was about 6 weeks and something days... And well tomorrow I'm 9 weeks and I won't see the baby until I'm about 11 weeks again hopefully for my first dr's appointment... Has anyone freaked out and everything been okay? 😳 it's my first pregnancy so I'm scared of everything..
