Losing weight substations drinking shakes to replace meals
I know I have to meet my calorie goal 1350 everyday. I was doing really well at work. Now I've gained my weight back. My cousin does shakeology. (30 servings $130) is half my check. Can't do that right now. Any other ideas like Carnation shake for lunch and breakfast or do slim fast ( but that's high in sodium). Just trying to get back on track. Any one using another protine shake?
