I said yes but only because the likelihood of getting pregnant with PCOS is greater if you are healthier and don't have significant extra weight on you :) I believe it's the reason I fell pregnant (lost 6kg and then conceived)

Yes! Doctor told me to get rid of the weight THEN try to get pregnant. I haven't gotten rid of all the weight, but enough where I'm comfortable.
