I feel like us pregnant women are already mothers. Bearing a child is definitly being a mother. Just because the baby isn't out of the womb yet doesn't make us not mothers. This is the start of motherhood and it should be celebrated/acnowladged. I'm not saying anything big, but we should be acnowladged as mothers on Mother's Day. Nobody is entitled to any gift but acnowladgement is always nice. Personally I would love to be acnowladged by my boyfriend. After all I am carrying his child, and this is a big step in my life with the starting of motherhood. I also feel like Mother's Day is the celebration of all mother figures that you appriciate in your life. I get my mother, boyfriends mother, and my grandmother(s) presents for Mother's Day because without them my life wouldn't be how it is. And Mother's Day should be celebrating all motherhood, not just your own mother. How do you guys feel, and what are you doing for Mother's Day?
