Doctor's offices

The doctor I normally see has decided to no longer offer OB care only gyn.

I have called a new doctor's office and they have not gotten back to me yet (its been 3 days) should I move on and pick yet another doctor's office to try and become a new patient at? Or wait a few more days? I really want to become a new patient at this particular doctor's office, it is a small office with only female doctors.

What would you do?

I should mention that I'm 7 weeks, I have had blood work to confirm pregnancy and had an ultrasound done on Monday.
