Period, cycle ugh mother nature...

So I'm still trying to figure out why cycles have to be so painful, which I already know the answer just figuretly speaking.. Lol but on another not I've been extremely greedy, well hungry meaning almost 2-3 servings of food and not to mention highly emotional... Its like my 3 days on my cycle its not too heavy but just enough to cause mild cramps.... Does anyone else every get painful feelings on there cycle... I know I can't be pregnant my period is down...
