Has anyone had working out help get pregnant?

Well you want to be in good physical and mental health when your pregnant so I don't see why it can't help. Plus it would be good for your pregnancy to start off healthy.

I have been working out for a few months now. I have noticed it has helped me with my ovulation. I didnt know when i was ov-ing until i started working out & now since i been working out i noticed i bleed a bit during that time. I was just curious if that ever helped anyone

Actually the opposite. I lost 30lbs and worked out so hard I lost my period for 2 years. So had to see a fertility doctor. Now pregnant 22 weeks
