Weird dreams...

I just woke up from a weird dream and have been having them. I can't seem to sleep because I'm waking up terrified. In my most current dream I was dreaming of spirits. I was seeing them everywhere and felt them inside of me. I started calling them to leave me alone and go away because they're hurting me. And in my dream I remember yelling on the top of my lungs then got a severe pain in my stomach and the rest of my body. Now waking up I'm in so much pain. My stomach hurts so bad! My arms feel very bluh. Ugh I hate nightmares! Please tell me I'm not the only one who has crazy dreams... I'm having a lot more crazy dreams but this one is getting at me the worse!
