Don't want kids but can't be on any sort of bc...

I DO NOT want kids but recently had to come off all forms of hormonal birth control. We can only use condoms. I'm so afraid to get pregnant and I feel terrible because I don't want to have sex anymore out of fear. My husband is so supportive and offered to get a vasectomy but I don't want him to do that. Any other options out there? No dr will tie my tubes because I'm 25.
