After I drink milk I get wicked bad gas & I have diarrhea (tmi) sorry.. But it doesn't make me feel the greatest but I love milk.. It didn't affect me before pregnancy though..

Maybe you should try lactose free milk to see the difference but pregnancy affect your body's natural gas.

Yes, I'm lactose intolerant and those are all my symptoms, try drinking lactose free milk, it tastes the same and you'll still get all your nutrients. For me though since I got pregnant I'm not lactose intolerant anymore, and it's been amazing lol but I'm sure that will change once I have her. Pregnancy is weird sometimes lol

I'm the same now that I'm pregnant. With milk and ice cream. I had to change my milk to lactose free and my ice cream as well.

I'm lactos and these are the horrible backlashes of your body trying to digest dairy 😞🐮 I still use cream in my coffee and eat cheese but I know what's going to come after!

If you think your lactose you can have Silk milk! My mom is lactose & she drinks that brand & says it's good!

I was never allergic to anything and now I'm allergic to all types of fruits it just your body not taking in some things that's you normally don't get affected by

It not be permanent for now I'd stay away from lactose and see if it helps
