Anyone else nervous about the zika virus ?

I live in Guatemala and just delivered this beautiful boy while the U.S. is scaring everyone from traveling here 😂. I have friends/know local ladies who got Zika while pregnant and no birth defects!

I'm very nervous! I live in the Virgin Islands; as you all know the Caribbean has plenty of mosquitos, and Zika carrying mosquitos at that. Everytime I get bit by a mosquito I get a little nervous thinking this may be the one. It doesn't help that mosquitos have always loved me, and I happen to be allergic to them. 😐

I just moved to Hawaii so I thought I was safe. Nope. Huge outbreak on the main island 😧 but if you don't want to use spray repellant they have those clips or you can out dryer sheets on your pockets or use special candles outside that keep them away. I forgot how to spell what they are called but Google will have the answer!

I'm not nervous about it, but I also don't live anywhere near a high risk area.  Not sure I would travel to a high risk zone without absolutely having to, you know, if I weren't 38w lol. Even if you do have to be in a high risk area, take the proper precautions and most likely everything would be fine.
