Weight gain
Does anyone know if there is a difference between getting "fat" and just retaining water or something ?
I'm almost 36 weeks now and I just feel so big. My legs feel huge, it's hard to walk anywhere. I ask my doctors every time I go in if I'm gaining too much and they say no I'm doing good. Idk if that's because I had hyperemesis in the beginning of the pregnancy or if I'm really not gaining too much. I'm 5'2, and I'm 164 pounds as of last week, pre pregnancy I went in at 128, or 138, I can't remember. I only treat myself to say pizza , and a cupcake on one of the weekend days. Like today. I had pizza for dinner. Weekdays I cook home made meals and always have salad for lunch , or if I'm really craving something. I don't drink soda or juice. It's a gallon of water a day or more.
It just hurts to walk, or do anything now. This is my first pregnancy so idk if this is normal or if I'm just gaining too much. It hurts to kneel and pick stuff up from the floor. I don't have any stretch marks yet, which I don't care if I get. I just feel so fucking fat now and idk if it's because my belly is big and my legs are swollen. I'm going to start walking 3 times a day and see if that helps.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Just tired of feeling like this! Lol
