Have you had unprotected sex since coming off birth control and/or during the 7 days before you stopped it?

If not, you probably aren't pregnant. It can take 3-6 months for your natural cycles to become regular.

If you have been having sex without condoms, I would suggest testing either now, or two weeks after the last time you had sex without a condom, and then again a week later.

Pregnancy tests are pretty inexpensive, it's worth it to just go grab one now. Even if you're not pregnant, it's still useful because it will give you some peace of mind.

Took a couple tests over the past week, including one with first "go" of the day. Both negative. Got a different brand and will try again in a couple days. Still no monthly friend so just kinda waiting to see what happens. Still don't really have any glaring symptoms otherwise.
