Nipple piercings

Not exactly sure where to post this at lol but I got my nipples pierced almost 2 months ago and they didnt swell to bad or really hurt at all. But now im at the point where they have some puss come out, not alot but they also crust everyday! I know some is normal but how long does it last? And is there any remedies to use to prevent it or make it not aa frequent? Also my boobs are a DDD and I love layin on my belly well... I cant for to long because they start hurting really bad. Any suggestions would be a great help.
