Please help feeling so ill. TMI info no pics

Hi im around 6wks pregnant. Friday i was blue lighted by ambulance to hospital with suspected ectopic pregnancy but after beibg scanned it turnt out its fine its in the uterus and they suspected kidneys were the cause of my severe pain. They gave me codiene sent me home saturday evening. I have had severe yellow watery diarrhea for four weeks around the clock constantly i have held nothing down. This caused my veins to collapse friday and blood pressure to be dangerously low i was in rhesus all day being stabilized. Im fed up with the sheer pain and being housebound to the bathroom its a joke. I literally drink a mouthal of water and its straight through in minutes. Surely this is not normol. Im taking no vitamins as i was advised to only take low dose folic acid only. No one else is ill. Has anyone else had this or know a cause? The pain is real bad doubled up most the time in tears. Its that bad now ive concidered aborting although i know i would never go through with it but it crosses my mind to get back to normol and this is making me cry feeling like im a horid person to think this way after 10yrs ttc. Im at the doctors today but dont know wether im best to go back to hospital if my doctor doesnt help which is unlikely there pretty much useless and wouldnt give me a emergency appointment even friday. Sorry this is tmi and so long but im at a lost end right now. I had severe diarrhea with my sons pregnancy and sickness and landed up in intensive care for 27weeks i lost him at 23wks 5days and remained in with complications still after so i guesd this really isnt helping as im so scared history is repeating itself. I do have chrohms disease but ive never in my life had it this like this and pretty sure this isnt my chrohns flared up. Im itchy here n there all over my body and eyes look bit yellowy so thinking its liver related??? Any help would be much appreciated thanks in advance so much ladies
