I would say thats your stitches.  Mine fell out at 2weeks and looked just like that

It could be a stitch- when I was a few weeks postpartum I had a stitch that was poking out and didn't want to dissolve so my doctor cut it off. How many weeks/days are you postpartum? If you're not having any bad pains or bleeding after finding that, you should be fine. If you're really nervous about it, I would give your Doctor's office a call just to make sure. 🍼
