Vitex miracle?!
Hey ladies,
I've been on vitex (the herb) just over 5 weeks and am blown away by the improvements I've noticed.
My pms breast pain has diminished, moods stabilised, lutael phase lengthened and water retention is all but disappeared.
Who else takes it??
Im hoping to hear success stories about it leading to pregnancy/whether or not it bought your your ovulation forward/any other feedback
