What are these bumps?

Hopefully someone can help me out. I started getting these bumps a few days after I had my son. He is not almost 7 weeks and they haven't gone away. Any ideas?

I'm not able to squeeze anything out of them and they don't itch or hurt.

I have these all along the back of my arms, its just a type of achne. Exfoliating and when your hormones balance out they should smooth out.

It's Most likely caused by your pregnancy hormones balancing out of your system. It happens to the babies too sometimes. It happened to my son.
