Ectopic? 😩

I just left the doctor & they did an ultrasound but all they saw was a "questionable dot" in my uterus but didn't see a sac or anything, they said my uterus is thick & nice for a pregnancy & they saw something questionable on my left side, either I'm the tube or on the ovary. Which I had a cyst a few weeks ago when I went to the hospital on the same side so I'm hoping that's what it is just reduced, but she said she doesn't see a cyst... But they said they're thinking its ectopic.. I go back in 2 hours to talk to the doctor about my "options".... Everything is "questionable" so I'm scared to do anything, I don't want to lose my tube by waiting to long but if the "questionable dot" in my uterus is my baby then I don't want to lose it either 😩😔😞 any advice or experience with ectopic?? Why is everything so "questionable"?!?! They wasn't sure about ANYTHING!! I'm supposed to to be 6wks3days today.
