Bedtime?

Question

I am five weeks pregnant.. When it becomes bedtime, I can't get comfortable. I get super heat an really thirsty .. Than I have to pee constantly.. Does anyone know anything that can help this? An is this normal???
It is now 1:30am where I am!

Yep, I went through this too.  Find a way to live with it, cos that just how it goes.  I would tell myself, no I dont need to pee, go back to sleep and it worked, until I really needed to pee a few hours later!  I had the luxury of being able to nap during the day, which helps a lot. I would also take a magnesium supplement called magnesium calm before bed, which got me 4-5 good hours of snooze..

Oh and honestly if you don't already, sleeping in the nude has been the best thing for me! Also, try to cut back your water intake the closer you get to bed!
