Not necessarily...with my son I never had heartburn & he had hair but my daughter I had it a little bit & she had a lot of hair. It just depends on u. I think the heartburn thing is an old wives tale.

I had horrible heartburn with my son who came out bald but with my daughter  no heartburn and she had a head full of hair!  Everyone is different though my sister had heartburn and baby had hair.

I had awful heartburn to the point where I would throw up and I swear my first born was as hairy as a monkey. Lol! This one is the same. I won't be surprised if I have another little dude covered in hair.
