Hi guys, so I've just got back from my 28 week check-up (I'm actually 29+5 though) and when midwife checked my urine sample, she asked questions like am I showing signs of a urine infection or have I been sick today? Both of which I answered no to. She asked next have I eaten today and had fluids, both of which yes. She then told me that there's ketones present in my urine but after my answers, she dismissed it and said she's not worried at this point.. What does this mean?! What are ketones and why are they in my urine?! I know she said its nothing she's worried about, but how can I stop this????
