Long Flight
I will be flying back home to see family tomorrow evening. The first flight is 8 hours and the connecting flight is 3 hours. I'm extremely worried about the 8hr flight as it boards at 8:00 pm. My morning sickness is actually night sickness. I end up going to bed at 6pm every night and just roll around because I'm so nauseous. I do take Unisom and B6 but it hasn't helped during the evenings. Ginger Ale and ginger candy makes me sick now, too. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice? I have anxiety during plane rides especially the long one over the ocean. I'm worried that's going to send my nausea over the edge. Thanks :)
