My boyfriend and I have been fighting for awhile and he even took my promise ring we are 19+3 weeks pregnant and he told me the other day that I act like I hate him and I'm so terrible but I recently injured my back and can't move and today he left me alone I fell while being injured and pregnant and he is blaming it all on me and idk what to do
