At this point, I wash my hair every two days because my hair gets greasy quickly in general on top of working out. I am wondering what you ladies do and how can I extend the time between washes!? 🚿🤔🙆🏻

I used to go weekly and it cut down on greasiness and made my hair softer and less frizzy but I got in the habit of washing daily again now my hair sucks :(

I like to wash it every two days. Your has natural oils in it and washing it every day strips out the oils your hair needs. I use dry shampoo in between washes.

I work a lot and I also hate using heat on my hair more than needed. I wash my hair about every 3 or 4 days. Dry shampoo and/or baby powder work best for me! But remember to shake out the baby powder or else your roots will be white!
