Hi ladies

I have cramping for about 11 hrs , first I had a lot of brown slimy discharge with some red clotted blood when I wiped it was not pink but red. So I checked my pad and its still brown with red discharge and cramping like period cramps. And today is day 29 actually. I have always had a regular period. Is it implantation or is it aunt flo? I'm kind of scared sinds I'm sexually active and use only male condoms.
