I haven't had a period yet since I've gotten the Paragard IUD.

But I've heard a lot of horror stories about periods with it.

How bad are periods with it, REALLY?

My periods are super super super heavy since I've had my daughter and the cramps make me curl up into fetal position and just rock back and forth, lmao. So... I'm kind of nervous about this. When the midwife asked how my periods usually are, I told her and she said they'll get worse. I knew that, but this is the best option for me. I told her I'd deal with it and she said, "Wow, you're the first woman to ever say that." Lol. I'm quite horrified.

1-10 (1 being the best-10 being the worst), how bad is it, pain and blood wise?
