Im 13 weeks and I havent been cramping or bleeding at all. But I have an overwhelming paranoia of miscarriage. Is it possible to have a miscarriage without any bleeding or cramping?

It is possible to have a missed miscarriage but if you're 13 weeks, your chances of that have declined drastically.

I was like you too early on. I'm pregnant with my first child and that's all I could think of.  I even had to get rid of this app because of all the miscarriage talk. Take care of your peace of mind, even if you need to step away from these apps for a while. That's what helped me. I'm now 28 weeks and feel the baby move everyday! A better peace of mind will come to you.
