Warning TMI ~ I believe I'm having a missed miscarriage

I was supposed to be 8 weeks and 5 days yesterday and before I had a chance to get an ultrasound I started spotting and every time I used the washroom and wiped there was pink on the paper. Then yesterday before the ultrasound I went to use the washroom and there was blood in the toilet that was obviously from me and when I wiped there was pink.

I started having cramps that were a little more intense than my period cramps but I haven't passed anything except for that blood. Then I went to the ultrasound and she said I am measuring 6 1/2 weeks when I'm 8 weeks 5 days. There was no baby just a yolk sac. I had a missed miscarriage before and this was the same outcome. No baby and no heartbeat but sometimes people say it just happens & their baby was fine. I had a pad on after the blood and I went home after being out for hours and there was dried brown blood on my pad
